Our Yoga classes are for ‘never-stepped-on-a-mat beginners’ to more experienced yogis who want to keep up their regular practice.
The classes start with a little breathing to settle the mind and calm the nervous system. Then we move through postures (some strong, some restorative – nothing scary) to release tension and strengthen the body, ending with a deep, much-needed relaxation.
We work hard to create friendly, relaxing classes where people can focus on developing their yoga practice without taking it all too seriously.
We’re currently running classes over zoom. More info here
Our G41 classes are postponed for the moment because of COVID 19. We love this little community space, a little rough around the edges, but that suits us fine. We make it our own relaxing and warm studio. A private space to let go, slowly pull shapes and breathe yourself to that warm fuzzy feeling. Classes are on Saturday and Monday, we’d love to see you there!
Yoga for organisations
We’ve also taught weekly yoga classes at The University of Glasgow, Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust and the NHS. If you feel your colleagues or service users could do with a bit of stress relief and light exercise then we’d love to hear from you.
